Eggs in a Nest
This quick, fun breakfast is a specialty of our oldest, Sadie.

Servings: 4 people
- 4 slices favorite sandwich bread
- 4 farm fresh eggs optional 2 eggs per serving
- 2 tbsp butter
Assemble your ingredients.
Butter your pan and place over medium heat on the stove. Use a jar or cookie cutter to cut a piece out of the middle of the bread.
Give those eggs some love.
Crack an egg into the hole in the bread.
Flip the toast when the egg has reached a solid enough state.
Plate and serve with some jelly on the toasted round, if desired.
